Republic Day 2026

The Republic Day was celebrated on 26th January 2026 in Airforce School Yelahanka 

 with great pride and enthusiasm.

 The programme commenced with the warm welcome of the honourable Chief Guest, Air Commodore Sumit V. Menon, Air Officer Commanding and Chairman, Air Force School Yelahanka, and the Guest of Honour, Mrs Jyothilekshmi Menon, President AFFWA (L), by the Principal.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, followed by the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with patriotism and respect.

Students actively participated in various cultural programmes, including patriotic song, dances by Primary and Secondary students, and a Republic Day speech. All the events highlighted the values enshrined in our Constitution, our rich heritage, and the spirit of unity and democracy.

Through these performances, students were guided and motivated to develop love for the nation, understand their duties as students, and grow into responsible citizens.

The entire celebration filled everyone with a deep sense of patriotism, respect, and love for the nation.

The programme concluded with an inspiring and motivational address by our honourable Chief Guest, which left a lasting impact on the students and the audience, instilling in them strong values of life and a sense of duty towards the nation.

 The programme ended with the distribution of sweets.
